Shanghai
For people traveling or returning to Shanghai for less than 5 days upon arrival:
1.
You will get a "Less than 5 days upon arrival" mark on your Suishenma (Shanghai Health Code) and the venue code page.

You will not be allowed to enter public venues including

Super Markets
Wet Markets
Beuty & Hair Salons
Bath & Foot Massage Shops
Indoor Fitness Centers

You can still take public transports, including bus, taxi and metro and enter venues listed below:

You are not allowed to enter.

Covid-19 PCR tests on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th day after your arrival.
The "Less than 5 days upon arrival" mark on the health and venue code pages will be removed if the test result comes back negative.
After that period, negative Covid test results no older than 72 hours are required for entering public places and taking public transports.

Beijing
Beijing will tighten its Covid-19 control measures starting on Thursday by requiring negative Covid test results no older than 48 hours to enter public places, as it confronts the recent large rise in infections, a senior official said on Tuesday.
All people are required to show negative results on nucleic acid tests taken within 48 hours before entering government departments, office buildings, supermarkets and other public places, as well as before taking buses and riding on the subway, Xu Hejian, spokesman for the municipal government, said at a news conference on Tuesday.
People entering Beijing are required to take Covid test daily for three days, and they are allowed to leave their accommodation after all test results come out negative.

Shenzhen
In Shenzhen, residents must present a negative test within 48 hours or a record of already taking a Covid test within 24 hours from Nov. 24 to enter transport facilities including airport, railway station, passenger dock, subway station; take public transports including metro, bus, taxi, ride-hailing cars; enter public closed spaces
For the districts with Covid outbreak, a negative test within 24 hours is required.
For people travelling or returning to Shenzhen, they are required to take daily Covid test for three days upon arrival, and they should avoid gathering or going to crowded places.

Chengdu
A negative test within 24 hours will be required to enter entertainment venues in a closed space like bars, chess/ poker/ mahjong rooms, fitness center; construction sites, logistics parks.
A negative test within 48 hours will be required to enter public places, residential compounds and take public transports.
